Management Team:
Mr. Surachart Romphotiyoke, MD, has
a valueable experience
in rubber industry. He started his carrier
in this field of industry 35 years ago from
rubber reseller. He also has been the founder
of the company.
Mr. Suphot Romphotiyoke, GM, graduated
from Sasin Graduate
Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn
University. He started his carrier life as
a quality engineer at Toyota Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Mr. Chaovalit Parnmark, Compound Masterbatch (CMB) Production Manager, highly experienced in
tyre manufacturing
industry. He started his job at Firestone
(Thailand), which subsequently became Siam Tyre
Prapadaeng, over 30 years ago. His experience could share
a valuable skill in the company.
Mr. Suthee Chunnakakul, LLDPE Production
Manager, has highly proficiency in plastic
film industry. His experience as an assistant
manager at Pre Pack Co., Ltd. surely shares
a valuable skill with our company. He has
worked for us since 1993.

Rubber Mixing process is very important because it gives
significant effects on processability
(e.g. die swell, surface quality, energy consumption),
and mechanical properties (e.g. tensile strength,
modulus, hardness).
In the rubber industry people is acquainted with the
statement addressing the benefits of Masterbatch
process. As a matter of fact, masterbatch
process helps improve physical properties
of rubber products. For instance such the
use of Filler-carbon black, as same
as our process helps improve distribution
within the rubber content in homogenous way.
Consequently the good mixing should meet both
effective dispersion and distribution during
the process.
As we know how to do it with our best, we proudly present
our compound mixing service, the process in
which unifies rubber composition and chemicals
to a good mixture of compound master batch.
Our process is of Internal Mixer the way in which
the compound is well mixed via Banbury
giving an intensive kneading action within
the mixing chamber. Our high quality products
consequently come from efficiency process
which is manipulated thru the control of suitable
mastication manner, temperature as well as
operation time.
We have our own laboratory test to assure that our product
quality meet our customers requisites.
Our products are inspected as usual by testing Laboratory
equipments which are well-calibrated by authorized
supplier.
